To open an account at wenbd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create the account in your own name and for your own use.
• Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Operating an account using bots, scripts, or any other automated method for personal gain is prohibited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share your account password with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify wenbd's support team immediately.

wenbd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from account misuse or a security breach caused by your own negligence.

wenbd may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. wenbd reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances if information is found to be false.

wenbd currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — UCB's digital payment solution.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Once a deposit is successfully completed, the balance is added to your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of making a withdrawal request. wenbd generally processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, wenbd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

wenbd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳28,000

The wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not combined with the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• A player may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• wenbd reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be voided.
• A bonus applies only to the account of the person for whom the offer was made.

wenbd is a platform committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is beyond any form of manipulation. All transactions and data are secured using SSL encryption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a single account on behalf of more than one member of the same household.

• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other players or staff.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Players have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement on the platform. wenbd reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will notify relevant members of any changes.

All content on the wenbd platform — logos, designs, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other elements — belongs to wenbd and its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials without prior permission is prohibited.

wenbd strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times. However, services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. wenbd will not be held liable for any financial loss resulting from such disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wenbd is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses from gaming or failure to achieve expected winnings.
• Loss of account access due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors from third-party services (payment providers).
• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity or device issues.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

wenbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Immediate action may be taken in cases of Terms violations in particular. If no Terms violation is established at the time of account closure, a refund of the balance will be considered.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, please contact the support team.
